Office of Justice Programs' financial manual entitled "Financial <br /> Guide." <br /> B. TERM OF CONTRACT. <br /> This Contract shall be in effect for the period <br /> from August 1, 2010 to and including July 31, 2011 unless this <br /> Contract is sooner terminated as hereinafter provided or unless <br /> this Contract is extended in accordance with Section L. of this <br /> Contract. <br /> C. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS. <br /> 1. Grantee shall comply with the guidelines set <br /> forth in the Act and all applicable federal regulations and <br /> guidelines, including but not limited to guidance issued by the <br /> Bureau of Justice Assistance, 28 C.F.R. Chapter 1, Part 66, <br /> Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Cooperative <br /> Agreements to State and Local Governments, and Office of <br /> Management and Budget circulars and the effective edition of the <br /> Office of Justice Programs' financial manual entitled "Financial <br /> Guide." <br /> 2. Grantee shall comply with all the <br /> ordinances, codes, rules and regulations of the Federal, State <br /> and local government which in any way affect its performance <br /> under this Contract. <br /> 4 <br />
