Amend Capital Improvement Budget (Ord. 10 -6), to add following project: <br /> Discretionary Projects - Geothermal Funds - Council District 5 <br /> B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The transfer of Geothermal funds are being requested to fund park alterations and improvements in the <br /> District 5 community.
