The MOA will also clarify <br /> the roles and responsibilities of DOD, DAGS, and the County of Hawaii. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorzing the County of Hawaii Mayor to enter into an <br /> agreement with the State of Hawaii for the granting of licenses for access, installation and <br /> maintenance of sirens of the Hawaii State Emergency Outdoor Siren Warning System. <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Civil Defense Agency. <br /> Nancy .
