:4OJN Gf M,�Y •�. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII - •_`''/ •1- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> j Ni M <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 402 10 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF ROAD LOTS A, B, F AND H, OF THE <br /> HUALALAI HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, BEING PORTIONS OF TAX MAP KEY: (3)7 -5- 043:029, <br /> SITUATE AT PUAPUAANUI 1ST, DISTRICT OF NORTH KONA, COUNTY AND STATE OF <br /> HAWAII, FROM INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, LTD. AND PUALANI <br /> ESTATES, INC. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. <br /> WHEREAS, International Development Projects, Ltd. and Pualani Estates, Inc. are the owners <br /> of: <br /> Lot A Puapuaanui Street (por.) 75,441 sq. ft. <br /> Lot B Pualena Street 13,078 sq. ft. <br /> Lot F Hualalai Road 14,414 sq. ft. <br /> Lot H Pualena Street 29,117 sq. ft. <br /> identified as being portions of Tax Map Key: (3) 7 -5- 043:029, situate at Puapuaanui 1st, in the District <br /> of North Kona, County and State of Hawai`i, as delineated on Exhibit "A" attached; and <br /> WHEREAS, the dedication of these roadway lots is required by Condition F of change of zone <br /> Ordinance No. 95 -100; and <br /> WHEREAS, International Development Projects, Ltd. and Pualani Estates, Inc. have <br /> constructed all subdivision improvements and received final subdivision approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, International Development Projects, Ltd. and Pualani Estates, Inc. are desirous of <br /> dedicating the above roadway lots, including all subdivision improvements thereon, to the County of <br /> Hawai`i for road and drainage purposes, and the improvements have been inspected and approved by <br />
