Lim <br />Date: October 11, 2010 <br />t,..J CCT 17 <br />Subject: Resolution No. 405 -10; Forest City Hawaii Kona, LLC - 201H <br />Exemptions List <br />On behalf of the Applicant /Master Developer, Forest City Hawaii Kona, LLC ( "Forest City "), and <br />Co- Applicant, Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation ( "HHFDC "), we respectfully submit <br />the following for consideration by the Hawaii County Council regarding the Kamakana Villages at Keahuolu <br />project. <br />The following amendment and supplement the preliminary plans and specifications approved by the <br />County Housing Agency at its meeting of October 5, 2010. These revisions significantly reduce the number <br />and type of 201 H exemptions being requested, and provide additional changes in response to the requests <br />made by the County agencies and the County Housing Agency. <br />Revised 201H Exemptions List for the Kamakana Villages at Keahuolu project (clean and <br />blacklined copy); <br />2. Revised 201H Resolution 405 -10 (clean and blacklined copy); <br />3. Smartcode - Thoroughfare Standards; and <br />4. Green Network Concept Illustrative Plan. <br />This will request that the 201 H Resolution and these amendments be placed for hearing at the County <br />Council's meeting in Kona on October 20.
