COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAI `I <br />BILL NO. 280 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />10 85 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CO?DE 1983 <br />(2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 2, section 24 -264, schedule 12 (stop <br />intersections), subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as <br />amended), is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as <br />follows: <br />Ll Ali`i Drive, northbound approach to the Mamalahoa Byr) <br />Highway. <br />Mamalahoa Bypass Highway, northbound approa to A li'i <br />Mamalahoa Bypass Highway /Haleki`i Street intersectio all <br />qpproaches. <br />SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br />underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and stricken material <br />and underscoring need not be included. <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to an) person <br />or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or application: <br />of the ordinance which can be giN -en effect without the invalid provision or applica',i()r:.::r;�i to <br />this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />
