Lim <br />October 19, 2010 <br />Resolution No. 405-10• Forest City Hawaii Kona, LLC - 201H <br />Exemptions List Supplement to Plans and Figures <br />On behalf of the Applicant/Master Developer, Forest City Hawaii Kona, LLC ("Forest <br />City"), and Co -Applicant, Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation ("HHFDC"), <br />we respectfully submit the following for consideration by the Hawaii County Council regarding <br />the Kamakana Villages at Keahuolu project. <br />The following amendment supplements the preliminary plans and specifications <br />approved by the County Housing Agency at its meeting of October 5, 2010 and will replace the <br />previous 201H Exemptions List and supplement the plans and figures submitted to you on <br />October 11, 2010. These revisions provide additional changes in response to the requests made <br />by the County agencies and the County Housing Agency. <br />This will request that the 201 H Resolution and these amendments be placed for hearing at <br />the County Council's meeting in Keauhou on October 20.
