No. 967/Bill No. 309 <br /> PLACE: Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort and Spa <br /> 78-128 `Ehukai Street <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 9:05 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance,to which was referred Bill No. 309, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 309,transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford via Communication No. 967, dated <br /> October 6, 2010, amends Ordinance No. 10-60, as amended, the Capital Budget for the County of <br /> Hawai`i for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011, by adding the following project: <br /> PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> Mid-Level Road(Ane Keohokalole Highway)—Private 110.399.5396.03 $5,000,000 <br /> Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from: <br /> Private Contributions $5,000,000 <br /> There are various work items requested by adjacent property owners, primarily utility lines and other <br /> related improvements,that only benefit adjacent properties along the construction area of <br /> Ane Keohokalole Highway. These improvements do not qualify for ARRA funds and are referred to as <br /> non-participating work.
