COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 315 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10 -60, AS AMENDED, RELATING <br /> TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br /> JULY 1, 2010 TO JUNE 30, 2011. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 10 -60, as amended, Relating to Public <br /> Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011, <br /> is hereby amended by increasing the following appropriation: <br /> PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> Ali`i Drive Culvert Replacement <br /> (110.399.5396.01) [$500,000] $ 1,508,000 <br /> SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from: <br /> General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $ 1,008,000 <br /> Fund Balance and /or other Sources <br /> SECTION 3.
