WHEREAS, in order to curtail acts of loitering, littering, and illegal consumption of <br /> alcohol, and to promote a safer and cleaner community that can be fully enjoyed and embraced <br /> by its residents, the council finds that the stub -out at the end of Alohalani Street should be <br /> temporarily closed; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> pursuant to Section 24- 153.3, Subsection (b) of the Hawai`i County Code, the stub -out at the end <br /> of Alohalani Drive as shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto, shall be closed until such time as the <br /> council, by resolution, authorizes its reopening. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this <br /> resolution to the Honorable Mayor William P.
