On August 2, 2010, the Committee on Planning postponed Communication <br />840 (Resolution 352 -10) to the first committee meeting on February 2011. The postponement <br />was to enable the Planning Department to meet with a group of landowners to hear their <br />concerns. However, due to their progress, the Planning Department is requesting that <br />Communication 840 (Resolution 352 -10) be waived out of the Planning Committee and be <br />placed on the November 4, 2010 council agenda.
