Section 25 -8 -16, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai`i <br /> County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), are amended to change the district classification of property <br /> described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Kawela, Hamakua, <br /> Hawai`i, shall be Agricultural — Ten Acres (A -10a): <br /> Beginning at a /2 inch pipe, at the southeast corner of this parcel of land, being <br /> also the northwest corner of the intersection of Hawai`i Belt Road (F.A.P. No. F -019 -1 <br /> (1) and Homestead Road Reserve, the coordinates of which referred to Government <br /> Survey Triangulation Station "KUILEI" being 5969.18 feet south and 2019.44 feet west <br /> and running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: <br /> Thence along the north side of Hawai`i Belt Road (F.A.P.
