Amend Capital Improvement Budget (Ord. 10 -60), to add following project: <br /> North Kohala Recreational Facilities Repairs and Upgrades <br /> B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> This appropriation is required for the County to fund construction of much needed <br /> repairs and upgrades to the facilities at Keokea Beach Park which has been out of <br /> service to the public since the October 6, 2006 Kiholo Bay earthquake. It will also <br /> provide design and construction funds to replace the condemned grandstand structure at <br /> Kamehameha Park with a new covered spectator area serving the primary ballfields <br /> there.
