COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 331 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STATE LAND USE BOUNDARIES MAPS FOR THE <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM THE <br />AGRICULTURAL TO THE URBAN DISTRICT AT KAHULUI 2ND, NORTH KONA, <br />HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY: 7-5-017:040. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. The State Land Use Boundaries Maps for the County of Hawaii are <br />amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Kahului 2nd, North <br />Kona, Hawaii, shall be Urban: <br />Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of this parcel of land, being also a point of the <br />Easterly side of Hawaii Belt Road (Project No. F.A.P. No. 11-A-03-69) and being a <br />point at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 130 of Pualam Estates Subdivision, the <br />coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation <br />Station "KAHELO" being 1082.55 feet North, 4584.89 feet East and running by azimuths <br />measured clockwise from True South: <br />Thence, for the next two (2) courses following along the Easterly side of Hawaii Belt <br />Road (F.A.P. No. 11-A-03-69): <br />1. 154' 11' 11" <br />2. 250' 19' 30" <br />1053.03 feet to a point; <br />5.03 feet to a point; <br />Thence, for the next eighteen (18) courses following along Lot A, along stonewall and <br />along Grant 1868 to Kaupena: <br />3. 250' 19' 30" <br />4. 240' 38' 00" <br />5. 251' 02' 30" <br />0.59 feet to a point; <br />37.79 feet to a point; <br />15.62 feet to a point; <br />6. 266' 44' 00" 29.34 feet to a point; <br />
