COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 329 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STATE LAND USE BOUNDARIES MAPS FOR THE <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM THE <br />AGRICULTURAL TO THE URBAN DISTRICT AT KAHULUI 2ND, NORTH KONA, <br />HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY: 7-5-017:041. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. The State Land Use Boundaries Maps for the County of Hawaii are <br />amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Kahului 2nd, North <br />Kona, Hawaii, shall be Urban: <br />Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of this parcel of land, being also the Southeasterly <br />corner of Lot B and a point on the Northwesterly side of Royal Patent 6716 Land <br />Commission Award 4887, Apana 2 to Thomas Sams the coordinates of said point of <br />beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "KAHELO" being <br />1,335.93 feet North, 5,141.11 feet East and running by azimuths measured clockwise <br />from true South: <br />Thence, for the next nine (9) courses along Lot B, and the remainder of Royal Patent <br />1669, Land Commission Award 8516-B, Apana 3 to Kamaikui: <br />1. 154' 11' 00" 938.11 feet to a point; <br />2. 259' 41' 37" <br />3. 255' 28' 24" <br />4. 273' 39' 35" <br />5. 254' 13' 42" <br />6. 243' 44' 29" <br />234.06 feet to a point; <br />225.09 feet to a point; <br />242.30 feet to a point; <br />83.63 feet to a point; <br />231.86 feet to a point; <br />7. 268' 09' 17" 196.88 feet to a point; <br />
