It was determined that the Board (including our new members) had no <br /> additional comments, corrections, or amendments to Bill 230 and that its correspondence to the <br /> Honorable J Yoshimoto, Chair of the Hawai`i County Council, dated April 7, 2010, adequately <br /> articulates the Board's position on the Bill. Should any amendments Bill 230 be proposed by <br /> Council members, I am willing to bring the matter to the rest of the Board for review and <br /> comment if requested. <br /> On behalf of the Board of Ethics, I would like to thank you again for the opportunity to <br /> provide additional input to the Bill.
