No. 1004/Bill No.326 <br /> PLACE: Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort& Spa <br /> 78-128 Ehukai Street <br /> Kailua-Kona,Hawaii <br /> TIME: 11:15 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Planning,to which was referred Bill No. 326 reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 326,transmitted via Communication No. 1004 from Department of Water Supply Manager <br /> Milton Pavao, dated October 21, 2010, presents a proposed amendment to Chapter 29, Hawai`i County <br /> Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended). <br /> Bill No. 326 seeks to adopt the Water Use and Development Plan which was presented to the Council on <br /> August 17, 2010. It also seeks to amend certain language in Chapter 29 of the Hawai`i County Code. <br /> Katherine Garson, Deputy Corporation Counsel, and Lawrence Beck, Civil Engineer from the <br /> Department of Water Supply were present at the meeting. There was no discussion. <br /> Council Chair J Yoshimoto moved to amend Bill No. 326 with the contents of Communication 1004.1. <br /> Council Members Enriques, Greenwell,Naeole, Onishi,Yagong, Yoshimoto and Planning Committee <br /> Chair Ikeda voted in favor of the motion to amend.
