The Puna Community Development Plan, as adopted by Ordinance No. <br /> 08 -116, is hereby amended as indicated by the revisions contained in the document attached <br /> hereto and labeled as "Proposed Amendments." <br /> SECTION 2. Amendments to the Puna Development Community Plan, as provided in <br /> the document attached hereto and labeled as "Proposed Amendments," are indicated by <br /> Ramseyer format, whereby material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken through, and <br /> material to be added is underscored. <br /> SECTION 3.
