BILL NO. 297 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 10 10 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 6, section 24- 288.1, schedule 36.1 (active <br /> loading and unloading zones), subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 <br /> Edition, as amended), is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to <br /> read as follows: <br /> ( ) Manawale a Street, north side, beginning from a point three <br /> hundred sixty -three feet west of Kealakaa Street and extending one <br /> hundred thirty -seven feet in the westerly direction, for a period not <br /> to exceed fifteen minutes, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and <br /> 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on school days. <br /> SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and stricken material <br /> and underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br /> or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br /> of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br /> this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />
