These funds are being given to support the <br /> Hawai'i Police Department's Kona Community Policing Section and will be used to purchase <br /> tactical bike patrol equipment, which will allow the department to expand their bike patrol J unit. <br /> Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating the <br /> funds into the Police Administration Division's OCE account. <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Hawai'i Police Department. <br /> Nancy .
