�Jrt M me; ,' <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 308 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. i 118 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10 -60, AS AMENDED, <br /> RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF <br /> FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2010 TO JUNE 30, 2011. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 10 -60, as amended, Relating to Public <br /> Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011, <br /> is hereby amended by establishing the following program appropriations: <br /> PROGRAM AMOUNT <br /> Roadway Projects (Engineering) $1,800,000 <br /> Bridge Inspection, Repair, & Replacement 900,000 <br /> Program (Engineering) <br /> ADA Curb Cut & Accessible Route Program 400,000 <br /> (Engineering) <br /> Local Road Improvements (Highways) 3,100,000 <br /> TOTAL $6,200,000 <br /> Allotments from these program appropriations shall be made to be specific projects listed <br /> on the attached Exhibit A. <br /> SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from that portion of the <br /> Highway Fund which is designated as the Fuel Tax Increase Account No. 3104.06, and <br /> which consists of the increase fuel tax revenues created pursuant to Resolution No. <br /> 504 -08. <br />
