The property is located in the Hawaiian Ocean View <br /> Estates Subdivision on the northwest side of the Hawai`i Belt Road and Hawai`i Boulevard <br /> intersection at Kahuku, Ka`u, Hawai`i. <br /> The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending <br /> favorable consideration of the requests: <br /> State Land Use Boundary Amendment <br /> In the 1960's, the County approved the subdivision of Hawaiian Ocean View <br /> Estates and Hawaiian Ranchos.
