<br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br /> 'BILL NO. 9 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24 -280, schedule 28 (No parking <br /> at anytime), subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), <br /> is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> (__) Haleki`i Street, both sides, from a point four hundred ten feet west of Muli <br /> Street and extending one hundred sixty feet in the westerly direction. <br /> SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and stricken material <br /> and underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br /> or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br /> of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br /> this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />
