The proposed amendment <br /> conforms Rule No. 14 that was duly adopted by Resolution No. 04 -10 on December 6, <br /> 2010 with the amendment to Rule No. 14 that was previously adopted by Resolution <br /> No. 283 -09, Draft 2, on February 18, 2009. A further amendment to Rule No. 14 is <br /> proposed. This amendment provides for disposal of council- initiated bills amending <br /> the subdivision control code and zoning codes by the appropriate committee, and not <br /> by the Committee on Planning; and <br /> 2) Rule No. 27(c)(2) to clarify the position title of the Deputy Executive Assistant to the <br /> Chairperson. <br /> Thank you. <br /> DY /la <br /> Att. <br /> Comm.
