3. Add a new Be It Further Resolved clause to read: <br />" BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that three (3) copiers comparable to the <br />existing copiers in the Planning Department shall be leased for a period of five <br />(5) years at a cost not to exceed $500 per copier per month, and in addition to <br />the monthly lease, the cost per page of black and white copy shall not exceed <br />three (3) cents, and the cost per page of color copy shall not exceed eight (8) <br />cents." <br />4. Add a new Be It Finally Resolved clause to read: <br />" BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk of the County of <br />Hawaii shall transmit copies of this resolution to the Office of the Mayor, <br />the Office of Planning, and the Finance Department. <br />A draft copy of Resolution No. 20 -11, Draft 2, is attached incorporating these amendments. <br />BJF /dkr <br />Att. <br />
