BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, in <br />accordance with Article XIII, Section 13 -12 of the Hawaii County Charter, and Section 23 -10 of the <br />Hawaii County Code, that the County of Hawaii accepts the dedication of Road Lot 26, containing an <br />area of 4.406 acres, identified as Tax Map Key: (3) 7 -3- 058 -051, delineated on Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto, including all improvements thereon, for public road and drainage purposes. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to: (1) Mayor <br />William P. Kenoi; (2) the Department of Public Works; (3) Corporation Counsel Lincoln S.T. Ashida; <br />and (4) Stephen J.
