No. 39 /Res. 23 -11 <br />PLACE: Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort and Spa <br />78 -128 `Ehukai Street <br />Kailua -Kona, Hawaii 96740 <br />TIME: 9:00 <br />Council Chair and Members <br />Hawaii County Council <br />Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br />Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred <br />Resolution 23 -11, reports as follows: <br />Resolution 23 -11, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford, via Communication 39, <br />dated December 16, 2010, authorizing the grant of easement for water meter box purposes at <br />Ka`ao, District of Hamakua, County and State of Hawaii, tax map key: (3)4 -5- 003 -18 (por.) to <br />the Water Board of the County of Hawaii. <br />Installation of a new water line and hydrant are building permit requirements for the new <br />classrooms at the Honoka`a Ward of the Church of Latter Day Saints, and the requested <br />easement is to place a water meter box on the County's parcel.
