No.37 /Bill No. 11 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 11, reports as follows: <br />Bill 11, transmitted jointly with Resolution 22 -11, by Finance Director Nancy Crawford via <br />Communication No. 37, dated December 20, 2010, amend Ordinance No. 10 -59, as amended, the <br />Operating Budget for the County of Hawaii, ending June 30, 2011. The amendment is as follows: <br />From: <br />3308.72 Federal Grant — Prosecuting Attorney's <br />Violence Against Women Training Project General $ 43,822 <br />010.271.5271.91 Prosecuting Attorney's Violence Against <br />Women Training Project General $ 43,822 <br />The State of Hawaii Department of the Attorney General's Crime Prevention & Justice Assistance <br />Division has authorized funding to the Hawaii Office of the Prosecuting Attorney to sustain the deputy <br />prosecuting attorney position in the specialized unit.
