BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />The Hawai'i County Fire Department applied for and was notified of the approval of the grant application for <br />the FY2010 Volunteer Fire Assistance Grant Program for $97,364 or $47,364 more than the FY2010 <br />budgeted amount of $50,000.
