No. 216-00 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 11:00 A.M. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 216-00, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 216-00, transmitted jointly with Bill No. 210 by Corporation Counsel <br /> Richard D.
