Section _ Challenges to the Plan. <br />In the event of a successful court challenge of a plan, the commission shall continue in <br />operation and may assist the court in formulating a new plan unless a court of competent <br />jurisdiction determines otherwise." <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person <br />or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of <br />the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this <br />end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 4.
