W. Lee, via <br /> Communication No. 77, dated January 19, 2011, amends the Hawai`i County Code 1983, (2005 <br /> Edition, as Amended), Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24 -280, <br /> (no parking anytime), subsection (c) South Hilo, by adding Holomua Steet, east side, from <br /> Wiwoole Street and extending 113 feet in the southerly direction. <br /> This is necessary to address a sight distance concern for motorists turning from Wiwoole Street <br /> onto Holomua Street when cars are parked too close to the intersection.
