COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 322 <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />It 21 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10 -60, AS AMENDED, RELATING <br />TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />JULY 1, 2010 TO JUNE 30, 2011. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 10 -60, as amended, Relating to Public <br />Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011, <br />is hereby amended by increasing the following appropriation: <br />PUBLIC WORKS: <br />Kapi'olani Street Extension (Mohouli Street to Lanikaula Street) <br />(110.399.5395.79) [$600,000] $ 8,700,000 <br />SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from: <br />General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - <br />Fund Balance and /or other Sources <br />$ 8,100,000 <br />SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being <br />amended. Underscored material represents the amended appropriation. <br />SECTION 4.
