To maintain and foster collaborative relationships with relevant eldercare, <br />community based private and public agencies including those working with the <br />disabled population of all ages; <br />9. To promote new or expanded benefits and opportunities for older persons; <br />10. To develop and administer an Area Plan on Aging for a comprehensive and <br />coordinated service delivery system in Hawaii County; <br />11. To enter into subgrants or contracts for the provision of services outlined in the <br />Area Plan on Aging; and <br />12. To provide technical assistance, monitor, and periodically evaluate the performance <br />of all service providers under the Area Plan on Aging. <br />3 <br />
