Ms. Bass is a 25 -year resident of Hawaii. She is presently employed as <br />a Health Information Technology /Health Information Exchange Manager at Research <br />Corporation of the University of Hawaii. Prior to that, Ms. Bass was self - employed with <br />Professional Concepts /Applied Networks, and employed as a system administrator at <br />Gemini. <br />Ms. Bass states that she is a not affiliated with any political party.
