Hara RECEno �t <br />Judge, 3r Circuit Court, State of Hawaii 4UM -MN <br />RE: NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE IN THE U.S. DISTRICT COURT, DISTIRCT <br />OF COLUMBIA AS REQUIRED BY 18 U.S.C. §4 MISPRISION OF FELONY. <br />Aloha Future U.S. District Court Respondents, <br />The attached documentation, in addition to the documentation on file in the <br />Hawaii County Clerk's Repository of Records, State and Federal Court records, and/or <br />documented as received correspondence that was presented to you m fulfillment of a <br />persons obligation under 18 U.S.C. §4. As of this date I have not received, as requested, <br />a confirmation of fufllment of a persons obligations to make known the actual <br />commission of a felony to a civil authority under the United States as required by 18 <br />U.S.C. §4 Misprision of felony. <br />If you believe that you have fulfilled you Sworn Oath of Office obligations, or if <br />you dispute that you are obligated in any way by your Oath of Office to take action on the <br />information and/or actual knowledge of felonies as cognizable by a Court of the United <br />States made known to you m your Official Positions, you are required to present me your <br />confirmation of your fulfillment of the obligations required by 18 U.S.C. §4, or your <br />disputes that you have any legal obligations to do same on or before 15 February 2011, <br />your responses, if any, will be included as EXHIBITS to the COMPLAINT filed <br />Failure to respond to this NOTICE OF INITM TO FILE, will be understood that <br />you assent in- silence to the veracity of the allegations that you have knowing and <br />knowingly committed acts and actions, or refused to commit acts or actions required by <br />law and in accordance with your Official Sworn Oath of Office you have, or may have, <br />knowing that an offense against the United states has been committed, received, relieved, <br />comforted, or assisted the offenders of the Federal RICO Act in order to hinder or prevent <br />apprehension, trial or punishment. <br />Thank you for your attention in this matter. <br />S' I <br />Dan A.
