During the Aug 19, incident in HPP where police <br />received a 911 call about drugs involvement in a traffic incident <br />involving an apparent Drug Mule riding an illegal motorcycle struck a car <br />and the drugs and packets of $100 bills were spread over the scene, <br />supporting photographic evidence was available to the Officers called to <br />the drug scene, but the two officers refused to look at the evidence or <br />take my statement about the drugs and money I saw and <br />photographed, but upon recognition of the apparent Drug Mule and <br />surrounding persons immediately call in on their Police Radio and <br />reported that no drugs involved and left the scene. <br />I am aware that the Hawaii County Police Department has applied for <br />CALEA certification, your non response to this notification of possible <br />organized drug operations in the Hawaiian Paradise Park area will be <br />construed as confirmation of the aforementioned allegations and will be <br />reported to Ms. Mitchell the CALEA Representative overseeing the Hawaii <br />County Police Departments accreditation process. <br />Thank you for your attention in this matter of the Public Safety, <br />Health, and welfare. <br />Sincerely, <br />Dan A.
