Chung, via <br /> Communication No. 829, dated June 21, 2000, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal <br /> year and of more than one fiscal year for amulti-year lease for a copy machine. <br /> The Office of the County Clerk-Reprographics Division wishes to enter into afive-year lease <br /> contract for a copy machine.
