Amendment proposed by All Landowners of Hawaiian Acres (ALOHA), an <br />affiliation of individual landowners in Hawaiian Acres independent of the <br />Hawaiian Acres Community Association, to "remove the planned Hawaiian Acres <br />Community Parks" as designated in Section 3.5.3 c. <br />While Section 3.5.3 c of the PCDP identifies three approximate Community Park <br />Sites to be sited in the vicinity of specific locations in Hawaiian Acres, leaving <br />room for adjustment to the ultimate siting of such parks, the removal of specific <br />site location language and inserting new language specifying that a community <br />involvement process shall determine any future park locations in Hawaiian Acres <br />is a reasonable compromise. <br />1 <br />The Planning Director agrees with the Action Committee recommended <br />amendment labeled Exhibit 3 attached hereto. <br />4.
