Mr. Horner is a 3 -year resident of Hawaii County. He is presently <br /> employed as general manager of Outrigger Hotels. <br /> Mr. Horner's community services includes membership with the Island of Hawai'i <br /> YMCA, Habitat for Humanity West Hawai'i, Kona - Kohala Chamber of Commerce, and <br /> the University of Hawai'i at Hilo's Advisory Board. Mr. Horner states that he is not <br /> affiliated with any political party.
