The amendments are to subsection (a) of the proposed section 36 -12, by replacing the existing pre - calculated fee schedule with a revised pre - calculated fee schedule. The revisions to the pre - calculated fee schedule provided in Bill No. 304, Draft 2, are as follows: 1. Divides "Single - Family" land use type into five categories based on the size of the dwelling unit in square feet (range = 999 or less to 3,500 or more); and 2. Divides "Duplex or Multi- Family" land use type into five categories based on the size of each dwelling unit in square feet (range = 999 or less to 3,500 or more). No other changes to the pre - calculated fee schedule as provided in Bill No. 304, Draft 2, are proposed; all other land use type classifications are not amended. No changes to the "wastewater impact fee by water meter size schedule" as provided in Bill No. 304, Draft 2, are proposed. The amended pre - calculation fee schedule, which replaces the pre - calculated fee schedule as provided in subsection (a) of section 36 -12 of Bill No. 304, Draft 2, reads as follows: Comm.
