The amendment, which amends language and adds a table of authorized projects and their associated estimated costs to SECTION 2, is illustrated below via Ramseyer format; material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken through, material to be added is underscored. The proposed amendment to SECTION 2 of Bill No. 311 reads as follows: "SECTION 2. Authorization of Bonds.
