No. 47 -11 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 3:00 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred <br /> Resolution 47 -11, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution 47 -11, transmitted by Assistant Corporation Counsel Katherine A. Garson, via <br /> Communication No. 138, dated March 15, 2011, requests the acceptance of the dedication <br /> of Road Lots A and B, being a portion of TMK: (3)6 -4- 017:040, situate at Pu'ukapu <br /> Homesteads, Second Series, Waimea, District of South Kohala, County and State of Hawai`i <br /> from Alan Z. Inaba, Gordon Inaba, Jason K. Inaba and Melvin K. Inaba. <br /> Council Chair Yagong commented in the support of this resolution and reminded Your <br /> Committee that Communication No. 138 includes approval letters from the various departments <br /> concerned and that the road lots meet all required county standards.
