Onizuka of Council District 7 to the County of Hawaii <br /> Liquor Control Adjudication Board. Mr. Onizuka is a 63 -year resident of Hawai'i. He is presently <br /> Director of Community & Public Affairs for Hokuli`a. Mr. Onizuka served on the County of Hawai'i <br /> Liquor Commission. His term expired on December 31, 2010. <br /> Mr. Onizuka states that he is not affiliated with any political party.
