SOLID WASTE FUND <br /> REVENUES: <br /> The subsidy from the General Fund has been amended to reflect the changes in <br /> expenditures. <br /> EXPENDITURES: <br /> The Solid Waste Division amendments include a) S &W, benefits, and provision for payroll <br /> lag adjustments resulting from its personnel changes and requirements, b) increase in the <br /> Department of Health solid waste management surcharge c) beverage container deposit <br /> program expense adjustments, and d) HGEA's provision for compensation adjustment. <br /> GOLF COURSE FUND <br /> REVENUES: <br /> The subsidy from the General Fund has been amended for the HGEA savings. <br /> EXPENDITURES: <br /> The Provision for Compensation Adjustment account was included to reflect the savings <br /> from HGEA collective bargaining agreement. <br /> GEOTHERMAL RELOCATION & COMMUNITY BENEFITS FUND <br /> EXPENDITURES: <br /> Monies were placed into departmental accounts for the Council Pahoa office lease, Street <br /> Lights, Smart Signs, and Security. <br /> HOUSING FUND <br /> REVENUES: <br /> The subsidy from the General Fund has been amended to reflect the adjustments to a <br /> grant amount, its departmental charges, and general fund subsidy for the HGEA collective <br /> bargaining agreement. <br /> EXPENDITURES: <br /> The regular salaries and wages account was adjusted to reflect payroll requirements. <br /> Funding from various accounts was reduced for its West Hawaii Civic Center expenses, <br /> along with the savings from the HGEA collective bargaining agreement. <br />
