The amendments decreased revenues and appropriations by $275,000 to <br /> $367,019,364 as compared to Draft 2 submitted on May 5, 2011. <br /> To summarize, the General Fund amendments approved on May 18, 2011: <br /> 1. Decreased Revenues Fund Balance by $275,000. <br /> 2. Decreased Expenditures Legislative Auditors OCE by $7,428. <br /> 3. Amended Expenditures Non -Profit Grants in Aid. <br /> 4. Decreased Expenditure West Hawaii Golf Program by $500,000. <br /> 5. Decreased Expenditure Tr To Pub Acc /Op Sp Pres Fund by $1,000,000. <br /> 6. Decreased Expenditure Tr to Budget Stabilization Fund by $2,777,397. <br /> 7. Decreased Expenditure Council Adjusted Expense Account by $5,800,000. <br /> 8. Increased Post Employment Benefits GASB 45 Provision by $9,584,825. <br /> 9.
