In my review of the file I noticed we have not <br /> received a response from your Office to our letter of September 23, 2009, a copy of which is attached. <br /> In that letter we asked your Office if it wished to further explain why it partially denied Mr. Cole's <br /> request for records, <br /> Your office did respond to Mr. Colc, on September 15, 2009, that it was unable to locate somc <br /> the records requested on September 8, 2009. However there were two other requested records to which <br /> the Office did not respond. <br /> OIP would prefer to give full consideration to your Office's reasoning and therefore we ask for a <br /> • detailed explanation for the denial. I will wait for your response until March 31, 2011, before <br /> proceeding with the opinion on this matter.
