4. The tenth "WHEREAS" clause is amended as follows: <br /> "WHEREAS, this resolution will be augmented with written covenants between the mayors of <br /> both the County of Hawai`i and Ormoc City and additionaly supported with a signed service <br /> agreement citing agreed responsibilities for the County of Hawai`i[ -], and the sister -city sponsors, <br /> Congress of Visayan Organzations (COVO), Kona Visayan Club and HiloVisayan Club; now, <br /> therefore," <br /> 5. The "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED" clause is amended as follows: <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the aforementioned agreements will be duly signed by the <br /> appropriate officials of Ormoc City and the County of Hawai`i[ -] within six (6) months of the approval of <br /> this resolution. <br /> 6. Delete in its entirety the extra "BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED" located at the end of the resolution. <br /> A draft copy of Resolution No. 77 -11, Draft 2, is attached with the proposed amendments incorporated <br /> therein. <br /> BS:nh <br /> attachment <br />
