Section 3- 180 -46 states that <br /> the effective date of this Electrical section is April 16, 2010, which refers to <br /> the 2008 National Electric Code (NEC). The 2011 NEC will be available <br /> starting January 2011 and should be adopted by the State Building Code <br /> Council in the near future. <br /> 5/31/2011 <br /> ANSWERS TO GENERAL QUESTIONS <br /> • As built drawings require the architect or engineers stamp <br /> • Designated flood zones by county, state, or federal agencies must adhere <br /> to chapter 27, Floodplain Management Ordinance.
