Section 25 -8 -11, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br /> County Code, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as <br /> follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated atPuukapu, Waimea, <br /> South Kohala, Hawaii, shall be Neighborhood Commercial (CN -7.5): <br /> Beginning at the Northwesterly comer of this parcel of land, being also a point on <br /> the Westerly boundary of Lot H, the Southeasterly comer of Lot G -3 and being the <br /> Northeasterly comer of Lot G -2, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to <br /> Government Survey Triangulation Station "WEST BASE" being 379.77 feet South and <br /> 43 1.26 feet. East and running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br /> 1. 250° 21' 127.02 feet along the remainders of Lot H, Lot 53 <br /> of the Puukapu Homesteads, 1st Series and <br /> Grant 4210 to Elizabeth W.
